  As IT Supervisor, I have supervised all three shifts (24/7, 365) since 2001. On average, I have ten employees that support our back of house staff, front of house operations, and three hotel towers. This includes basic desktop support, VoIP phones, Microsoft products, AS400 applications, and CITRIX programs-just to name a few.As IT Supervisor I am not limited to supervision.
