As a lecturer, I have been positioned to allow students to advance into a degree programme or be equipped with skills for an ICT Role. Whilst working in the IT industry, it has allowed me to give my students a real insight into working in IT. Whilst I was still teaching, I took a 1 year contract with Fujitsu as a Network Technician. When I become permanent within Fujitsu, I gave up my teaching job. Show less

Defining the components of the Configuration Management Service (CMS), to ensure the control of such components and the maintenance of accurate configuration information.Providing an up to date configuration management plan for the customer estate.
