  In this job I do several things to ensure availability of Banking System 24/7/365.Mainly it's a routine tasks to do and they are:1- Check Availability of ATM's of Conventional & Islamic and support if needed.2- Keep Tracking the Transaction that is going among our network.3- Processing End of Day of Banking System (Conventional & Islamic).4- Monitor ETL Job after End of the Day, ensure everything is going smoothly.5- Backup different servers in tapes media, and transfer it next working day to DR site as a backup.6- Sending reports to the users.7- Generate Statement as request of the user.8- Troubleshooting if any branches or users has issue.9- Trying to develop the team to make a better work environment.10- Ensure availability of Bank Services(ATM, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, IVR, Transaction among other networks such as Oman National Switch).11- Support any Banking application if needed support in case if it's down.12- Helping Infra.
