I also led on engagement with the Devolved Administrations more broadly, including having overall responsibility for implementing the £1.2bn Glasgow Deal, and managing the successful announcement at Budget 2015 of additional deals with Cardiff, Aberdeen and Inverness.   Head of Euston RegenerationHigh Speed Rail GroupDepartment for TransportI led the development of a coherent long-term vision for the regeneration of Euston Station, integrating a number of major strategic projects delivered by multiple partners, over different timescales, each with bespoke funding arrangements. I worked collaboratively with senior stakeholders, including HM Treasury, High Speed 2 Ltd (HS2 Ltd), Network Rail, London Borough of Camden, the Department for Communities and Local Government, the Greater London Authority and Transport for London, to deliver shared long-term goals. A key achievement was securing HM Treasury approval for an additional funding commitment of over £400m for Over Site Development (OSD) at Euston Station. I then led, for DfT, on the procurement of a Master Development Partner to deliver this ambition and acted as an ‘intelligent client’ to HS2 Ltd to ensure the procurement and delivery plans for OSD were integrated with the £2.5bn HS2 station project.
