  • Develop long-term transmission plans and promote new investment in transmission infrastructure.• Prepare comprehensive construction design specifications for all transmission lines.• Develop comprehensive transmission engineering design pertinent to scope of work.• Lay out plans and estimate costs for constructing transmission lines: Visit proposed construction site and select best and shortest route to avoid interference with telephone or other lines.• Conduct operational studies on the transmission network (ultra-high voltage and high voltage) to maintain the safe operation and reliability of the transmission network.
