  1. Oversee banking operations for three branches i.e. Gurgaon, Rewari and Narnaul branch.2. Maintain customer service quality, troubleshooting and issue resolution on priority basis with coordination with Mumbai Head Office.3. Underwrite cases as logged with a limit of 1.5 million INR - the maximum permissible limit of any branch.4. Track issuance of the cases logged within TAT and maintain the issuance sigma.5. Track the cases initiated in Workflow (Automated system for underwriting) and follow up with the Central Underwriting Team for the medical cases and Risk Unit for the case referred to risk.6. Take approvals from the Central Underwriting Team for cases wherein the sum assured cannot be given as per jet underwriting norms.7 Track of all the financial transactions in the branch and maintain the necessary records for the audit purposes. 8.
