  During my assignment to this project, I was mainly responsible for the analysis of long-term developments for the client's CRM. They were submitted and validated by the client's supervisor. I discussed with them the terms which may have to be modified to fit real customer needs.Once defined the key functionalities, I prepared the milestones and led the team assigned to complete the project successfully.Furthermore, I became part of a team meant to solve other team's optimization problems, in which I successfully helped to improve other teams' applications performance.The most remarkable achievement during this period was to create an application meant to boost the development tests over 500%, avoiding the need to create a specific client to test the software.   My work during this period stands out for the automation and improvement of manual procedures during the growth phase of the project.
