  Design engineer

  I am Design engineer in RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT department of Front End Cooling Module (FECM). I lead the projects from technical side. My responsibilities include 1-Confirm customer application and technical requirements2- Responsible for part list/BOM building, 3D models and 2D drawings.3- Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standard, customer ESOW requirements and related specifications.4- Assist Business manager and process engineer to coordinate prototype ordering, samples build and technical communication with customers.5- Support DV/PV testing, prepare test plan and work on issues solutions.6- Evaluate and implements design changes and specifications7- Provide design proposals and BOM for business quotation8- Communicates and coordinates engineering responsibilities with product development team members globally9- Work on product optimizations and direct communication with customers.10- Finalize the results of different analyses while leading the project to final stage.
