  Technip at this time was referred as (CoFlexip Stena Offshore) Gulf Marine Fabricators were performing the welding along with Umax Pipeline. My role was Site Supervisor of a short term Double Joint Facility and later Site Supervision overseeing the Dance Floor Technical Pre-Installation on the Lay-Vessel (Deep Blue). Assisted with On Land Familiarization Of Team Members that had been installing Reel Way Flow Lines in the Gulf For Shell Nakika Project. Team members would arrive to location and perform operations such as mobilizing the automatic welding (Serimer Dasa) now known as Serimax. I assisted under the direction of Jon Dewsnap “snapper” and also assisted supervising the structural reinforcement of the Quad Racks aboard the vessel. Show less

  Steele Cantary Risor Touch Down Welding Facility. Assisted with (Mike Smith) as Site supervisor involved with the setup and construction of the line up system and fabrication of clam nest along with staging of equipment and preparation of equipment being transported abroad. I also performed task abroad associated with Pipeline welding procedures. Purchasing equipment and consumables for Double Joint Facility. Purchased all parts for Vermaat Automated Welding, Various internal Welding Clamps, Tri- Tool PFM’s Involved with BP Mardis Gras Transportation ( Largest Pipeline Transportation in Gulf Of Mexico) I performed task responsibilities under the direction of Sean Lynch. I was promoted to technician with task associated with Vermaat automatic Pipeline Welding, and all task related to the internal line up clamps and Tri Tool PFM’s Interior and Outer Diameter. Technician duties also involved task associated with sub-arc welding applications related to pipelines. Performed PFM task at double joint facility.

My role was overseeing the locating of water, sewer, and power and ensuring the temporary housing was completed and also construction of any handicap accessible ramps or steps.
