  The aim of the project Use.Recycle.Breathe was to help high school students develop their communication skills, improving knowledge about environmental education and highlighting importance of environmental protection.   The project name was Discover Social or Discover in Orphanages. I was in charge with coordination of a team consisting from 6 people during this 7 months which had different roles: two people for the matching process (interviews), one person on Finance, one for sales, one for Logistics and another one who was handling the Marketing strategy.Me and my team with the help of the PR team from AIESEC in Bucharest, organized a fundraising event in May, 2016. Around 100 people participated at the fundraising event, which ended with a concert from a local band and with people having lots of fun. Starting with first of July 2016, I had to coordinate 33 people from 17 countries who came in Bucharest to make volunteer work in orphanages. The international volunteers came to teach children from 13 orphanages, from Bucharest, to learn English through various informal activities.The activities of this project led to the development of personal and professional skills such as teamwork, public speaking, improving English skills and adaptability to new environments and cultures for the international volunteers.   After some time, I discovered that I am people-oriented and that's what I like about this job, because I interact with different people everyday. I like to organize, prepare the onboarding meetings and keep the other facilitators up to date. I conduct the HR Admin session to the new employees, together with the benefits orientation. Everyday I interact with employees whether via HR tickets, Teams, Skype or email and answer their questions in regards to benefits, processing life events or policy question related to HR. Handling a lot of documents, as well as confidential files which I have to process means a great responsibility, but handling sensitive situations is my specialty. Show less The Health and Safety position inside SAP meant organizing and to also supervise the implementation of prevention and protection activities. After I obtained the ARSSM certification for Health and Safety inspector class, class which lasted around 2 months, my main focus was to reorganize the Health and Safety processes inside SAP. This position also consisted of me being the point of contact between SAP, the external provider for H&S and for the authorities, mostly in processes related to bureaucracy.In addition, I had to participate in the research for labor incidents/accidents that took place inside SAP.
