I demonstrated high levels of resilience during the lockdown, responding quickly to requests from Cornwall Council to deliver a virtual Rapid Induction Training. I quickly deployed the team to convert our classroom based training to a virtual environment and successfully delivered Induction programmes to over 700 aspiring carers in the first lockdown period.* Expanded company geographically, now delivering across the South West.
