  At Possibility, I worked on varied projects- furniture, lighting, electronics and children's accessories. Fortunate to be a part of a lean and energetic team, I learned how to work fast and assume responsibility.

  Industrial design intern

  During my 6 month internship at Electrolux, I assisted a variety of projects- most notably creating a range of refrigerator accessories. I learned to ideate in CAD and challenge myself to replace sketching as my key conceptualization tool.

  As a Design Researcher at Studio 5B (the strategic innovation lab for Dr. Reddy), I employed qualitative research techniques to uncover the latent needs of our stakeholders- typically patients, doctors and pharmacists and internal employees. Crafting insights and relaying stories from the field is an important aspect of my responsibilities. My work has taken me pan-India, into diverse and interesting people's homes and lives. My internship stint opened me up to the depth and complexity of the field of design research. As a designer, I wanted to explore research as a tool to help add authenticity and validity to my eventual concepts. During my 6 months, I worked on a number of short projects, predominantly on a project to redesign the company's performance management system.

  Fellowship

  I had the privilege to be a part of the 10th Unschool Fellowship 17-member global cohort in Kuching, Malaysia. The experience emersed us in the local biodiversity, socio-cultural issues of the region, and equipped with tools and methods to tackle complex problems with a connected approach.

  User Studio, France: I worked on a project for an European insurtech startup, designing new services to help them distinguish themselves amongst their competitors in a new market. Fractal Analytics, India: Worked on Fractal Analytics's first integrated design system, embedding design research tools and processes into a UX component library dedicated to the world of data analytics and AI.Possibility, Portugal: Worked on a project for early child development.UNLRN, UK: Lent my design and research experience to diversity, equity and inclusion challenges.
