  Procurement manager at the WB project for rehabilitation of the railways infrastructure.I was responsible for carrying out the procurement activities under Azerbaijan Rail Trade and Transport Facilitation Project (AZRTTPF) implemented by “Azerbaijan Railways” CJSC, (project value 1,015 mln. USD) financed by the World Bank. My responsibilities included project data collection and analysis, preparation of the project documents and bidding documents (the most complex among others: i) two-stage bidding for procurement of 50 AC freight electric locomotives and (contract value greater than $350 mln.); ii) Procurement of Plant Design, Supply, and Installation of 25 kV 50 Hz System on the Baku-Georgia corridor and related stations, including power substations, power supply and other linked components, contract value greater than $400 mln.); terms of reference, requests of proposals, invitations to bid, bid and proposals evaluations, conducting other bidding procedures according procurement legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and guidelines of IBRD.
