I worked as a fieldworker on the UCC Food Choice at Work Study. The aim of the study was to assess the effectiveness of complex dietary interventions in large manufacturing workplace settings and I was based on the main nutrition education site. I was part of a small team responsible for participant recruitment, data collection (dietary intake data, demographic, health and lifestyle information and physical measurements) and the implementation of a healthy eating traffic light system in the workplace. I also provided one on one nutritional consultations to study participants. Show less
