  • Delegated with analysing financial data, I proficiently used Excel and IPOS system to accurately produce Daily Sales charts and Monthly Sales reports for PJ’s coffee chain; • Teamwork with two other interns for the Knowledge Sharing presentation, we researched and identified useful applications for TRGers for different use in daily life such as project planning, health and fitness, lifestyle… as well as evaluated their pros and cons. • Mentored other interns and instructed them on carrying out Daily Sales chart and Monthly Sales reports as well as importing invoices. Key achievements:• Successfully accomplished Tax Return Verification (TRV) invoices check for 2019-2021 period.• Positive feedback from TRG staff on our group presentation; my confidence and efforts in leading the team presentation were also well-noticed. • My efforts in meeting and exceeding the quality of the task delegated were well received by the line manager.   Finance Experience

  • Working in small groups with two Barclays facilitators • I learned how the bank meets customers' financial needs, the risk framework that Barclays applied and how the bank is organised. • Teamwork and carried out presentations to 35 other students and 25 Barclays staff. Our team proposed “providing wealth management services for the youth from the age of 16-25”. We identified the customer requirements and the current trends in managing financial health and identified 2-3 key risks in our products and also explained how the bank could be organised to deliver that product.Key achievements: Our group received positive recognition and feedback from the Barclays staff. My recommendations of using capital adequacy ratios and LCR as key risk metrics were noticed and positively commented on by Barclays. Show less
