      Focused on developing and supporting the K-12 Teacher Professional Development Program. Design, implement and support process streamlining, program improvements and outreach initiatives in cooperation with varied stakeholders. • Spear-headed professional development program process improvements and program development in partnership with the College of Education, Registrar’s office, State Department of Education, Extended Studies Finance and Customer Services. Quickly added additional technologies to the support services and developed into primary team member for knowledge management, data collection, and training.• Serve as system administrator for multiple software systems including Blackboard, Collaborate for Blackboard, Qualtrics, Turning Technologies, Techsmith Relay and Reef by i>clicker. Provide over 225 hours a year in group training and one on one assistance to Faculty, students and staff in both synchronous and asynchronous learning environments.• Independently managed the creation and curation of Blackboard support content which accounts for nearly 30% of all OIT web traffic (~6,000 user sessions) each start of semester. Utilized the University’s Wordpress environment to create a searchable and findable knowledgebase for both students and faculty covering all technologies supported. • Enhanced faculty development by facilitating and building training sessions, drop-in sessions and partnering with the Center for Teaching and Learning to target new adjunct faculty for all supported technologies. • Developed data reports and analytics reports of our knowledge base and support structures to help build and focus support efforts of our Customer support. • Partnered with eCampus and purchasing to be the project manager on a state RFP for a Content management system. • Created a fully online self-paced competency-based training module as part of a larger course.
