Show less My primary responsibility was to establish the bank's customer service department which at the time had a disjointed customer service and I was appointed to address this issue. Throughout this period, I achieved major milestones that transformed the customer service landscape of the bank such as developing service delivery policies, a service standardization charter, service performance indexes, and service level agreements. I also implemented successful a centralized and automated contact center, ensuring a seamless 24/7 client experience.
