      I trained and managed a team of 3 and oversaw their output, ensuring it was correct and that deadlines were met. I was the Customer Support Manager for 10+ clients, including our biggest partner EMI Records and had weekly calls to ensure that the bespoke software we were building for them was tailored to their needs.

      Working with the newly formed Research Team, the primary aim of this role was to createefficient communication flows internally to ensure that the work of the Fan Experience Teamreached every single corner of the business and that the fan (customer) was at the heart ofeverything we do. In addition to my core role, I was elected to the volunteer position of Chair for the Women/Femme Employee Community Group, representing the needs and wants of the 200 women and femmes in the business. Working closely with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team, I had overall responsibility of the ECG Committee, roadmap and was the key decision maker. I had overall accountability for all elements of the Fan Support Team. I was the person ultimately responsible for making sure that fans were happy, adopted our product fully, wanted to stay with DICE, and used the product regularly. I grew the team from 1 (just me) to over 30+ bilingual agents and was line manager to 3 senior team members (manager of managers).
