      At the direction of the VP, Human Resources, leads all activities pertaining to UofL Physicians’ Benefits and Wellness, and Compensation programs. Manage enrollments and project plans related to benefit enrollments.4. Manage vendors related to Health and Welfare carriers.5. Coordinate the retirement plan management processes for PSP and MPP. 6. Manage retirement vendor as necessary to ensure service delivery is timely back to ULP.7. Collaborate with legal and all stakeholders as necessary to ensure plan compliance. 8. Coordinate the implementation of new ADP products. 9. Assist with the on-going maintenance of ADP to include project upgrades, bundles/fixes and testing. 10. Create query reports based on required specifications, using ADP query tool, determining if it needs to be used with Crystal, Excel, or other report writing tools. 11.
