  After a rather successful career with Freightways, starting as a young Sales Rep for Castle Parcels and leaving as National Manager for Castle I started my own business and built it up over a number of years to a level where I was only working one or two days per week and employing six people and four sub-contractors with their own teams. Due to personal circumstances I sold this business and returned to the work force, straight back to freight which has always been a passion of mine.

  My role here was to develop, implement and maintain best operational practises for the vendor/contractor network for Goodman Fielder - Dairy. Pretty complex network looking after the vendors and contractors with three operating platforms over various payment structures. Enjoyed my time here and would like to think I, and my team, contributed positively to both the company and the network by introducing new systems and procedures that benefited both parties and started the process to unite them to a brighter future. This will make them both stronger in the market and focus them on the outside competition and the benefits of looking to the future possibilites of a 'new look' network. Had a good time. Was approached and offered a broader opportunity and a chance to utilise all my skills not just one set, which I took, and moved to Ultimate. Show less

Our mobile EV chargers have expanded from the service offered in Wellington over two years ago to now having four vans located in Auckland, Wellington and to our latest to be launched in Christchurch on 1/12/22. At AA Batteries we continue to innovate and ensure our AA members and customers have access to the latest technology at competitive prices with a service second to none. AA is a NZ institution and is the biggest club in NZ offering members not only our iconic road service but many additional benefits of belonging to the club.
