  Did hardware store’s customer service, received and sent goods, and kept the warehouse in order. I was responsible for opening and closing the warehouse for customers occasionally. Busy days taught me to work efficiently with the team under pressure. Electric counterweight forklift was used daily. During three summers I worked for six months in total.

  Received goods and collected, packed and sent orders. With co-workers, I was responsible for collecting and sending orders on time. Learned to prioritize right tasks and receive more responsibility as a part of a team. Electric counterweight and reach forklifts were used daily. IFS was used as the ERP software.

  Power Plant Operator

  Operated power plant boilers and auxiliary devices by hand and via Valmet DNA automation system, cleaned and maintained devices and did routine inspection rounds. My main responsibility was to ensure steam production for own and Avena’s factory at all times. 12-hour day and night shifts. Gained a lot of valuable practical experience in power plant technology and heat and electricity production.

  Worked as a part of district heating and cooling project team. My main responsibilities were advancing my own projects and working in a supporting role for other projects. Projects covered experimental systems, improvements, and tasks supporting basic operation. Office work also included frequent visits to production sites. Gained valuable experience in project work, district heating business and production optimization.

  Did HOB-plant maintenance and operation. My tasks included maintenance by myself and in a group, and preparing and assisting tasks in annual revision. I was responsible of taking care of the plant for two weeks and BFB start-ups. Gained a lot of new experience about production, plant maintenance, heat and power plant technology and fluidized bed.

  Further evaluating HPC and developing the product in Solution Development team. Continued evaluating and developing HPC with Aspen Plus in Proposals team. Evaluated carbon capture technology HPC performance with Aspen Plus. Master's thesis title is "Evaluation of carbon capture with hot potassium carbonate process".
