  Following are the tasks that I perform in this job role:1) Reviewing storyboards and e-learning courses and making corrections in case there are grammar, punctuation, sentence construction and ambiguity issues.2) Performing content mapping tasks for two files and flagging inconsistencies in them.3) Doing data analysis on a monthly and periodic basis. One of my biggest achievements was automating and streamlining the data worksheet to prevent manual errors in calculations.4) By using VBA programming, I have created buttons for the Excel sheet in which we report the bugs. Due to this modification a user does not have to open a browser for accessing Google or dictionary sites which he uses frequently. Due to this, my team members have saved a lot of time in Internet searches and this has also kept the desktop less cluttered with minimal windows open in the background.5) I have written an internal induction process document which documents the steps which every new comer on the team has to go through during his initial days of probation so that he can be absorbed successfully into the mainstream workload without any discomfort.
