      I began as a forklift operator, and quickly moved through the ranks to become team leader. I identified and organized materials being unloaded off the trucks. I searched and found materials to keep the assembly line operational to keep a high demand quota. I organized the shop and provided new designs to keep the employees safe. After I was promoted I maintained the same responsibilities, but also deligated those responisbilities to my team of forklift drivers.
