  I have built up a customer database of over 130 customers. I also have an online store where I can have customers order through me all over the country.Avon release their new brochures every month. I deliver the latest brochures to my customers plus ensure they receive my digital brochure link to ensure they have access to latest offers and promotions.I collect all the orders plus recieve orders through my online store and process them through my Web page. The products are delivered to myself via courier and I sort all the products to each customer order and deliver the orders to each customer on time.I manage my own delivery dates and ensure that I deliver on the exact date I have advertised. To me it is very important to build my business being know as reliable. I am responsible for the handling of payments from my customers. Processing refunds and / or exchanges if necessary. Both actioning these to my customer and Avon head office.I ensure all monies are paid to Avon on time to enable all my orders to be processed with no unnecessary delays.I am a hard working, reliable and friendly rep who is always looks to provide 100% satisfaction to all my customers.I used to be a sales leader where i had a team of representatives who I looked after. I trained them up to become reps and am on hand 24/7 to help and support them in building their own business within Avon cosmetics.Any problems I am still available to help them and when they have fantastic sales I am there to praise them on their achievements as well as be there at the quieter times to help motivate and encourage them.I only stepped down as sales leader because my hours increased to full time at Chalgrave so I simply ran out of time trying to fit it all in. I strive to keep a happy, strong, reliable team spirit so that they all enjoy their job and have that passion and pride within their work.I manage many areas within the office covering a wide range of admin, accounts, credit control and marketing.
