  Built team of 15 network engineers. Team responsible for integration and operations support for 25% of T-Mobile LTE/UMTS nodes.• Led an initiative to develop in-house tools/applications to manage network deployment process from initial design to integration and post deployment optimization, saving 20 million dollars in vendor services costs in 2014.Tools/Applications developed:• GIS application using Leaflet and Mapserver to visualize network assets, coverage layers, performance KPIs, sales and demographic data.• RF datasheet application built in ASP.NET, C# and MS-SQL database used by over 200users to design sites.• Windows form using C# for generating configuration scripts. Tool used for large scale configuration management and feature implementations.• Web based application using Python and Highcharts.js to visualize live network performance data.• Web based GIS application using D3.js and Leaflet.js to visualize point to point microwave link topology.• Web based application using ASP.NET, C# and MS-SQL database to manage FCC license procurement process.• Web based executive dashboard using React/VictoryChart and MS SQL Server to provide 360 degree view of the network (deployment/performance/sales).• Acquired an in depth understanding of network deployment roadmap by engaging teams across the company including corporate engineering, field engineering, and construction/site acquisitions teams.• Acted as subject matter expert on the vendor hardware portfolio, configuration models and network management systems.• Work with infrastructure vendors to identify hardware/software issues during field trials and drive them to resolution.
