  Hopi is a mobile loyalty platform - established in April 2015 by Boyner Group - with the motto of “App of shopping" and reached 9 million users in Turkey. Hopi aims to establish a connection between consumers and leading brands; It brings together the right user and the right brand on the same platform with hyper-personalized offers and experiences.As a UX / UI Designer at Hopi; I conducted the process of benchmarking and analysis for the features that are currently in the application and to be newly developed, creating service and user flows, designing user experience, preparing interface designs and animations for the software. I carried out the process of determining the improvement areas in the application, A / B testing and reporting, planning user interviews for product features that are still at the design stage or of which development has already been completed, determining appropriate participants, and conducting user interviews and reporting findings.
