Worked with cross-functional teams of engineers, UX designers, leadership, content producers and marketers to develop a greenfield SPA using Next.js, WordPress, Apollo Studio, and JW Player.• Managed continuous development over the Outside publishing network, which comprised of 28 independent WordPress sites including OutsideOnline.com, SkiMag.com, Climbing.com and YogaJournal.com • Developed a custom WordPress parent/child theme with a custom workflow for publishing at scale, enabling Outside to rapidly spin up new sites from scratch or add sites via migration.• Migrated over 20 websites from a custom JS-based CMS (Tempest) to a custom WordPress parent/child theme• Managed DevOps as Outside scaled from 4 to 28 publishing websites serving 5 million visitors/month Worked cross-departmentally on initiatives ranging from developing a git-based workflow for Outside's websites, soliciting bids from vendors for necessary tech, working with specific titles on metrics, adops, and email marketing, and advised management on solutions for outdated tech.
