Oversaw 18 ministry leaders serving with over 500 volunteers.

Served over 500 members total in 9 years while pastoring bi-vocationally.

  Oversaw the development and expansion of LifeGuard Sexual Risk Avoidance sex and character education program serving over 15,000 students throughout Central Texas ranging from 6th grade to High School. Responsibilities include staff recruitment and retention, staff training and development, curriculum development and presentation. Secured over $400,000 in revenue through grants and program service fees.
