Faults escalation, follow up with field maintenance and coordination of Fault origins with other Vendors when needed.5. Management Escalation and Updates of Major Network Problems through Front Office Surveillance.6. Monitoring and maintaining the DCN connectivity for Transmission Network.7. Creation and Configuration of network elements on EMS and ensure that all NE s should be visible through EMS.8. Provide support to Field Operations and Project team as required.9. Provide the necessary operation maintenance support such as software upgrading for operational on Transmission equipments.10. Keep & Provide the backup configuration for all live nodes.11. Control and supervise the maintenance downtime for all activities on live elements related to transmission and keep a copy of configuration backup before& after each activity.12.
