      Locality Manager

      I have been a manager for many years and am a good communicator on many levels from people with a learning difficulty to health and social care professionals. I liaise regularly with stakeholders including local government and adult services, I have managed a large staff team of over 100 and I have also managed community based staff who I did not see often but needed to keep them updated at all times. I have been a key player with the implementation of change within my services that included contract and hour changes that included accommodating TUPE contracts and also change to the service. Multi service and multi site locality manager. Managing five very different services each with their own challenges , outcome requirements, and staff . Managed outreach services, preventive services , housing related services home based services and also set up and managed five weekly services that offered advice and guidance to customers in need and at risk . All services I managed had their own funding body with their own outcome reporting structure. Managed safeguarding and compliance  Managed budgets; and write bids to grow the business by gaining new clients  Rota management  Managed , recruitment, 360 appraisals, staff training and progression.  Produced reports for stakeholders and the board.  Attended and produced reports for strategy meetings.  Liaised with customers to ensure the best service.  Managed complaints, set up and facilitated drop in services for preventative and front line support.  Re-designed the courses, schedule, and staff participation to meet budget.  Led the team through company take over.
