      The trustees comprise a non-profit corporation which was founded in 1900 to hold title to the Meeting's property and assets including the buildings, school, physical property, and endowment. The committee receives instructions from Germantown Monthly Meeting, oversees the management of endowment, and makes an annual report to the Meeting each October.
