  After growing my professional network in the US, I co-founded Archi Consulting and Construction, an outgrowth of my original firm, J. Saragusti & A. Sturm, Arquitectos in Argentina. I am leveraging my 30+-year history of exceptional design and construction work in Buenos Aires, Argentina paired with my US-based experience to manage the design / construction of commercial, retail, office, multi-family residential, custom home, and mixed-use projects.SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:☑ Managed 30+ new construction, renovation, and upgrade projects, including design and blueprint review, safety requirements and guidelines, subcontractor selection, scheduling, building code compliance, and quality control.☑ Supervise crews of up to 25 trade subcontractors, engineers, designers, and administrative staff.☑ Oversee entire project life cycle—from conceptualization to development strategy and supervision of direct-hires and subcontractors to coordination of all facets of work and ensure alignment with client goals and objectives. ☑ Develop project plans and schedules, prepare and evaluate project status reports, facilitate construction site meetings, adjust budgets and timelines as needed, and complete projects on schedule. ☑ Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction throughout construction process.
