      As a Product Engineer, I am responsible for designing and coding solutions for product enhancements, maintenance, and new feature additions. I am primarily focused on macOS development, I work with Objective-C and continually learn new macOS technologies. In addition to this, I also contribute to Windows platform development, where I apply and hone my C++ skills.I have worked with technologies such as XPC communication, Cocoa UI, Aspose-Java, REST API, Poco, and OpenSSL, which I leverage to deliver robust solutions. My role also involves conducting root cause analysis (RCA) on internal and customer-reported issues and applying effective fixes to ensure product reliability.
