Show less Hired as a Sr. Analyst to create a Cost-Benefit model for the Governance team. Within the first 90 days at the role, I came up with an Excel-based model called "Business Case Application (simply BCA). The model requested demographic data plus the financials as input from the business partners. The output included the NPV, IRR, and a payback period. Over the next few months, the model was modified a few times to make it more efficient. Within a very short time, the model was distributed to AXA Worldwide and was used by AXA UK, and AXA Australia. Later on I used my expertise and work with a vendor UMT to create a dashboard to track the IT projects. This lead me to my promotion in the companyAssisted ITCFO with properly allocating approved IT Discretionary project amounts in GL.
