  I lead teams of up to 10 advisor's giving them one to one feedback, conducting audits, developing them and giving guidance where and when appropriate. I provided reports on departmental trends and gave examples on how to improve productivity. I was also there as a point of reference for any queries. I was in direct contact with the customer. I was the first point of contact when they had an accident. I dealt with making sure their vehicle was repaired and delivered back to them. I was also able to determine liability and offer advice on what the customer should do next. Whilst in this role i also worked within customer relations which meant dealing with customer complaints. This means dealing direct with the F.O.S and escalated complaints

  my role as learning delivery facilitator at DLG has been a varied one. My day to day role is deliver training to existing and newly inducted staff. It can be from a full scale induction of around 10 people for a prolonged period of time to shorter soft skill courses. I also design work to be delivered by assessing where there is a need for improvement.
