      Managed and lead a team of 8 associates in the group loan category for new customer acquisition while managing an annual book size of INR 6Cr. Ensuring adherence of the bank compliances in the process. Lead technological interventions and regular roll out within the team. Achievements:During my span of one year in Shivalik the process transitioned from SHG bank linkage to financing Joint Liability Groups it was a major transition for the team and trough regular trainings made the process smooth. Expanded the business from a book size of 4.8 Cr to 6 Cr. Introduced micro insurance product for the group members in pilot phase with Bajaj Insurance.       My responsibility is to oversee the overall implementation of the livelihood plans by building a roadmap for weekly and monthly actionable to implement and scale theoverall program related activities through a team of 5 with 2200 HHs and growing. Creating backward and forward linkage for input supply and exploring market opportunities. Managing end-to-end implementation of technology based interventions to directly impact the overall revenue of the beneficiary. Managing relationships with cross functional stakeholders like government departments and other development agencies to facilitate subsidies and financial aid. Conduct regular knowledge transfer programs through trainings and exposure visits. Running multiple key initiatives and managing partnerships with others associates of Tata Trusts like Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology for knowledge and input sharing, ACWADAM to conduct a study for groundwater mapping and monitoring, Sustain+ for installation of Solar Based Water Pumps, Malsej Pvt. Ltd. for installation of Hitech agriculture solutions.Achievements:Over the past one year the outreach of the program has increased by more than 20% in each quarter through multiple livelihood based interventions. Through partnership with the horticulture department 31 solar pumps under Kusum scheme has been facilitated and installed and also 16 solar pumps have been installed under the Sustain plus program with 20% to 50% contribution from the community. Four hi-tech nurseries have been installed in the block to meet the supply of more than 3,00,000 seedlings in one season. A mother unit for Poultry Hatchery Unit has been setup in the block to amplify Backyard Poultry in the area along with setting up of 28 night shelters on 70% community contribution. Successful completion of livelihood planning drive through CRPs with 150 SHGs to mobilize and better utilize idol funds with the SHGs. Facilitation of loan for new WUGs through bank linkages. This includes donor contact information, donation amounts, and any relevant notes or comments.Ensure projects and activities undertaken by the orgaization are in compliance with the requirements set by our donors. This involves monitoring project progress, conducting regular reviews, ensuring that all reporting deadlines are met, and supportig team define mitigation strategy for any red flags. To show appreciation for the donors, develop and implement recognition strategies. This may include sending thank-you notes, providing exclusive updates, or hosting donor appreciation events.
