  LTL Holdings is the holding company of Lakdhanavi (Pvt) Limited, which operated 24MW, 4 x 18V32 Wärtsilä engine power plant in Sri Lanka.   Aitken Spence PLC, as an Independent Power Producer (IPP), owned and operated total of 180 MW of three thermal and two renewable power plants in Sri Lanka from 2005 to 2012. Responsible for business development, project development, resource development and stakeholder relationship of Aitken Spence Power. Responsible for all stakeholder agreements and licenses including power purchase agreements, fuel supply agreements, environmental protection licenses and shareholder agreements. Responsible for developing resources and taking over of operations and maintenance of thermal power plants from Wärtsilä and Caterpillar in year 2007 and 2008 respectively. Preparation of O&M tender documents for projects in Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Timor and Uganda.Experience in root cause analysis of major engine failures and leading the teams to repair such engines. Experience in handling power plant insurance policies and claims. Led the team in obtaining Integrated Management System certification (ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001) for three thermal power plants.
