      The projects on: Integrated HIV/AIDS prevention & Care and support funded by Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA) through Pathfinder International. The project aimed at providing prevention and care and support services for those infected and affected by the virus including PLHIV and OVC. It had an IGA component. • Proposal development• Preparation annual plan, • direct activities, and• undertake supporting supervision and monitoring and evaluation, and prepare and submit periodic reports to donors and concerned regional sector offices. BELONG project funded by PEPFAR/USAID through Project Concern International (PCI) was focusing on empowering women and through Self Help Group which also incorporate OVC care services. • Preparation annual plan, • direct activities, • Undertake supporting supervision and monitoring and evaluation, and prepare and submit periodic reports to donor and concerned regional sector offices, • directing and coordinating project activities of two project offices, • facilitate training for community Home Based Care providers (CHBC) peer educators,• Family Planning and Reproductive Health, • Provide technical support for Health care facilitators and Woreda Advisory Committees (WAC), • engage in and facilitate in organizing women headed OVC Households into self help groups (SHGs), • Organize and facilitate training on BBS, BDS, and Entrepreneurship,• Engage in compiling/developing training materials for OVC care and support’ Reproductive Health and Family planning, and • Undertake M&E activities of different project activities.       Program Coordinator of different projects in local NGO-PRO PRIDE. • As a program coordinator for TransACTION Program of SC/US and financed by USAID. The major components of the program include Prevention of HIV/AIDS with MARPS; Care and Support, Economy Strengthening, Community Mobilization and Capacity Building, and Gender. • Represent PRO PRIDE in different meetings and workshops as well as planning sessions with principal international organization such as Save the children USA and Care Ethiopia. • Facilitated the products to be aired by Pro Pride known radio program ”YEBEKAL”• Coordinator of the project entitled: “Strengthening the Capacity of Community Based Healthcare Providers for Prevention of Vertical Transmission of HIV by Scaling-Up Access to Family Planning” funded by The International Council on Management of Population Programmes (ICOMP) in the Addis Ababa City Administration Health Bureau. The goal of the proposed project is to increase demand, access to and utilization of high-quality long acting family planning methods to reduce unwanted pregnancy, especially among HIV positive women and ultimately reduce vertical transmission of HIV. • Coordinator for the project on HIV/AIDS prepared for road construction workers and the communities along the road construction which were implemented in collaboration with Ethiopia Road authority. • In addition, organizing gender task force, lead the preparation of gender policy and gender audit of the organization• As keys management committee members who contribute in the strategic plan, Preparation of annual plan, direct activities, undertake supporting supervision and monitoring and evaluation, and prepare and submit periodic reports to donor and concerned regional sector offices, preparing program/projects and consent papers for the organization.
