Primary teaching and directorship duties are for students seeking a Bachelor of Science in the Animal Health Science major, the only four year Bachelor of Science AVMA/CVTEA Accredited degree for Veterinary Technology in California; successful graduates qualify to sit for the California state exam for Registered Veterinary Technicians.Led accreditation team toward successful full re-accreditation during site visit in October 2012, including authoring a 200 page self study report describing the current state of the AHS Program. Worked with architect Earl Mellott to draft preliminary architectural plans for a state of the art, innovative teaching facility.
