      Undertaking Programme Lead role within Secure Access for the Core Product that is being rolled out to SAAS markets as part of the Digital Simplification Programme. Secure Access has adopted the SAFE Agile methodology so am experienced in this area.This role involves managing several Delivery Leads across the various product teams (mobile, internet, APIs, Forgerock platform and Staff Channel) ensuring that progress is being tracked against plan. I am responsible for managing the external dependencies across other areas such as Digital Services (responsible for API development and backend integration), Fraud and Infrastructure. I also am involved in setting up appropriate processes and procedures within Jira to provide management level reporting for the Core product and markets.
