Client Officer in £1m outsourcing project providing market intelligence and operating EU procurement processes. Specific projects included the development, roll-out and marketing of an online self-service system for school admissions. The system achieved the highest take-up of such a system by users in the UK during it's first year of operation, and contributed considerable business process efficiencies.
