  Involved in management of materials, updating of suppliers accounts, Suppliers procuring and vetting ,purchase of equipment ,stores management, market Pricing ,get pricing from various suppliers and compare and choose the best suitable for the job, ensured goods ordered are in perfect conditions, in-charge of spare management by monitoring the traffic of the equipment’s that come in and out of the stores, prepare and produce purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to the department originating requests, responds to customers and suppliers inquiries on order status, change or cancellation ,maintain filling and storage system that ensures all company documents are in order and available at requests, Procure various equipment’s and services from suppliers and ensure they are delivered to client site ,maintaining and updating re-order stock levels/quantities, organizing frequent stock takes and spot checking regularly ,calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts, maintain knowledge of all organizational and governmental rules affecting purchases and provides information about these rules to organization staff members and vendors, monitor in-house inventory movement and complete inventory transfer forms for bookkeeping purposes ,Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders P.R of suppliers ,vendor evaluation and any other duty as assigned by the management.
