      Leading the association from its inception, I developed the organization and its strategy to effectively represent the priorities, needs, and interests of a constituency of 400 residents in interactions and negotiations with University leadership. To ensure success, I guided the development and daily performance of eight staff and 11 council members, as well as allocating a $30k budget. I count among my accomplishments the planning and execution of the Arizona Residential Leadership Conference (ARLC 2013), which engaged 150 students in leadership development, education and training, and idea exchange. Show less Leading a coalition of 1,100 organizations, I guided a fundamental shift in student engagement across four campuses and 73k students to embrace University spirit, pride, and tradition. I directed this initiative from its start-up by establishing program structure, marketing, and staffing, as well as cultivating partnerships with community businesses.Some of my biggest accomplishments include:-Producing the University’s largest pre-game event to-date (Devil's on Mill) at over 5,000 attendees, a 700% increase from the previous year’s largest event.-Directing 500 volunteers and employees in the development of community and fundraising events with accountability for a $570k operating budget.-Collaborated with Sun Devil Athletics to implement an inclusive ticketing system for students to increase engagement and retention.
