      - Managing the peer to peer transactions (UPI) and chat product at PhonePe, at a DAU of ~50Mn- Solved the Number Churn issue at PhonePe, which blocked over 2Mn users monthly from logging in as they got a churned phone number from TRAI. This included exhaustively defining the use cases, personas and the solution for each of these while ensuring the reliability of payments at a scale of over 50Mn DAU.- Enabled payments through UPI LITE for peer to peer transactions powered seamlessly through chat platform, leading to 34% uplift in UPI LITE peer to peer transactions. Show less • Set-up the end to end assisted buying program for Phonepe Insurance, including the user research, A/B testing, making the business case, design and subsequently scaling it up for the app user base and achieved conversions uplift for ~30% for health and motor insurance categories.• Drove seamless launch of mutual funds and Insurance categories from a customer experience perspective by ensuring the right help content, app messaging, instrumentation and BOT flows are in place.
