      I designed and set up a new and revamped Counselor in training and Leader In Training programs. This involved scheduling for 30+ persons (staff and Participants) performance reviews, mentoring and leadership focused facilitation. High Adventure Facilitation, Professional Team building, running and planning events for 200+ participants Facilitated, designed and ran programming for school groups of upwards of 300+ Children every 3 days. Content was designed to engage, be education(Curriculum based) and accurate. Also facilitated and organised non curriculum based activities(Climbing, water sports, archery, horse treks etc) Coordinated specialty groups(Hearing impaired/Deaf, Slight Impaired/Blind, At risk youth and teens, Epilepsy, AIDs or HIV affected children) had upwards of 30+ staff at anyone time and scheduled and operated with and around two other departments with up ward to 400 guests each.Planned and operated the day to day running from meals and break to activities ( high Ropes, Archery, water sports, sports, Climbing etc)
