      Crystal was hired as a Receptionist and her first duty was to scan 100’s of the companies past files to PDF’s. While scanning she read all the documents required for transactions and taught herself how to coordinate a real estate file. In less than six months (3-4 were scanning files) she was promoted to the assistant to the Office Manager and Transaction Coordinator and assisted the Marketing Director with flyers, newsletter, bulk mailings and much more.Crystal also performed general administrative duties including telephone support, scheduling appointments, and greeting clients. She managed inventory and ordering of office supplies and equipment and ensured efficient flow of operation within office, maintaining confidential paperwork, files, office billing and sales records. Crystal maintained property listings in RE InfoLink, a multiple listing service for the Bay Area and demonstrated ability to maintain composure and work efficiently in a fast paced and pressured environment.       During the market crash RE/MAX Dolphin decided to close down a few of their offices. The Broker Manager decided to purchase that location instead of letting it close. He then terminated the entire staff except for Crystal which included a receptionist, an admin, a marketing manager, a transaction coordinator and an office manager and more. Crystal then helped in starting that company by obtaining or assisting in all legal requirements for the new business including all the licensing, vendor setup, ordering of new signs, office supplies and marketing materials. She created and initiated new employee setup, training processes, job descriptions, job postings, and interviewed potential candidates. She created and maintained employee personnel files and she trained the new real estate transaction coordinator, office manager, receptionist and administrative assistants. Crystal assisted the Owner and CEO in every day operations of the company. maintained all company filing systems, business licenses, equipment leases, setup accounting system, payroll, and more. She was also responsible for A/P, A/R, Biweekly Payroll, 1099’s, and all other General Accounting and setup/maintenance of workers compensation, health benefits, and insurance.She also maintained real estate files for agents who wanted a higher level of service than the average transaction coordinator. She helped create a mortgage division and taught herself how to process a loan file, use Calyx Point and ensured all operations ran smoothly within the Mortgage Division. She gathered all the required documents, reviewed & analyzed loan files for completeness & accuracy to determine if borrowers/program meet lender’s underwriting guidelines, prior to submitting loans.       Mastermind Group, Short Sale Consulting,Transaction Management Setup & More

      Mastermind Group: In 2015, KW Tri-Valley invited Crystal to be part of a small team for a brand new mastermind group for the companies’ transaction management systems & process because transactions can have so many variables including how they are processed by assistants, TC’s, single agents, partner agents and teams. The main goals of the mastermind group were to: develop the back end of their new transaction management system, create processes, document & task lists & the exact order to turn in files to the company, & continue to meet quarterly to discuss how things were running and make any needed changes in the future for things like new laws or required documents.Short Sale Consulting: In 2011, The Nationwide Vice President for the Wells Fargo Short Sale Division asked Crystal to consult & help develop their back end system. Shortly thereafter, shel consulted with the short sale development team to make their short sale file submission & processing, communication & tasks/processes more efficient between real estate agents & Wells Fargo short sale processors, negotiators and closers on their online system, Equator, which was required to be used to submit all short sale files to Wells Fargo, nationwide. Transaction Management Setup: In 2010, the Vice President of J. Rockcliff Realtors, Robin Dickson, was meeting with the sales team for Transaction Point when one of the reps recognized Crystal & told Robin that she had the experience to develop the systems since she was also the rep when Crystal developed the system for Re/max Dolphin a few years earlier. Robin then contracted Crystal part time to develop the backend of the online transaction management system for the company. Crystal developed and maintained the processes & document lists which was used by all assistants, transaction coordinators & agents in the company. Once the system was running Crystal trained all the Broker Managers for each of their offices & their Risk Management/File Review Team. Show less

She did office and personal assistant type duties for individual loan officers, such as; light marketing, communicating directly with clients, and assistance preparing loan files for submission. She also completed executive assistant type tasks for the owners, such as; communicating with the chamber of commerce and other business related companies, the ordering of office supplies and company marketing. She assisted the current processor in preparing loan files for submission. She reviewed and verified that all loan files were complete and had all required documentation for submission to processor or lenders.
