Led a co-owners' technical task group to develop designs, cost estimates, and economic evaluation for the extraction of maximum LPG's at Prudhoe Bay, blending in TAPS, and separation at Valdez for export. Initially Project Director during design and construction of Prudhoe Bay's Central Gas Facility. Promoted to Superintendent of the Central Gas Facility during startup and later given added responsibility for the Central Compression Plant.

Performed technical due-diligence on five existing and proposed LNG terminals.
