Worked withthe Mill Manager, Project Engineers, and Operational Staff on a +$40MM DCS Capital Upgradethat was the most successful project IP had seen, by coming up 12 hours ahead of schedule andhaving the system in full cascade control within three days of converting 30% of the facility overto a new Honeywell Experian System. Managed the night shift operations for the facility duringthe project. Assured compliancewith all State and Federal Regulations working closely with The Kansas Department of Health andEnvironment (KDHE) agency.• Provided process knowledge and support for the planning committee of the new $500 MM watertreatment facility• Acted as Water Production and Pumping Manager while incumbent was away.
