Responsible for service desk, networking and storage, telecommunications, security, application development and product development infrastructure.• Increased end user satisfaction with IT by increasing accountability, teamwork and enterprise project management.• Introduced metrics to run IT organization.• Tightened IT controls which led to a 100% clean IT audit.• Member of Integration Management Office for Datatel and SunGard Higher Education merger which closed in January of 2012. Managed IT team responsible for the integration of enterprise applications including CRM, financial systems, business intelligence and infrastructure.• Led BI and data warehouse initiative and selected and implemented Tableau, a BI visualizations platform, for business.• Transforming IT Service Desk with the goal of becoming a world class global support organization. The project included the consolidation of all major enterprise applications including financials systems, CRM, LMS, customer portals, etc.• Delivered session at Dreamforce 2013 on new Communities functionality in Salesforce.com which Ellucian implemented as our customer portal for more than 30,000 clients.
