  As the Director of Internship Programs for AIESEC in Bahrain, I managed and coordinated the outgoing international internship programs, both community volunteering, and professional internships. In my role, I worked on the different aspects of running the programs from policies and regulations, to marketing, training, and servicing, while coordinating with different entities on both national and global levels.

  As a Content Writer and Editor, I worked on the periodic publication ‘Automation Insight’, an industry-specific magazine that covers news, events, and research within the automation field. My work included creating magazine layouts, coordinating designs, editing, and copywriting. I also worked on copywriting marketing materials and setting content guidelines for content across different channels and media. In my role as a Market Analyst, I worked heavily in research under DMS Projects, where I would source data on global industrial projects. The role involved data analysis, information management, and publishing articles and reports. I particularly covered the European and Indian segments of the global database and regularly worked on the update and maintenance of the database. As a Client Relationship Executive, I was involved in servicing the clients under multiple divisions of the company. The role involved activating existing clients to increase engagement, measuring service performance and customer satisfaction, providing regular training on system usage and updates. I also worked on several events and contributed to set the department policies and guidelines.

  Led the design and execution of the Student Voice research project which centered around amplifying student voices, with a particular focus on underrepresented students.The qualitative study, which included a series of focus groups, highlighted students' engagement needs within the college community. My work also included coding and analysis of the findings, which were presented to district and college leaders, proposing policy recommendations to improve student engagement.
